It Started With a Love of Fish
C Fresh Agro began with a simple problem: the fish we grew up with was nowhere to be found in Vancouver. So we started bringing it in ourselves.

CFresh Knows Good Fish From Bad
We’ve been around seafood all our lives, on coasts where fish came in fresh every morning and everyone knew what good looked like.
In Vancouver, the fish we loved was nowhere to be found. So in 2015 we started C Fresh Agro to bring it in ourselves: reef and open-water fish from the Indian Ocean and beyond, flown in fresh and cut the way people actually cook.
Today every delivery is still checked when it comes through the door. If it isn’t right, it doesn’t reach the counter.
